The living room makes a great communal living space, with a comfy leather couch, memory foam futon, and great art. The apartment has a front and back entrance, along with a patio area where guests can enjoy their morning coffee, get some fresh air and relax. There are two bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 full bed), a living area equipped for extra guests, one bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen. For extra guests, there is a twin size floor mattress upstairs. Throughout the space you will find beautiful art and plants. It is a great place for families, business travelers, and groups. Complimentary Wifi is included. The garden level has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen. This property is one of the top-rated locations in Chicago! Guests are happier about it compared to other properties in the area. First come, first serve basis. Refundable Security Deposit: A $300 refundable security deposit is required and will be held or authorized (not charged) by Chicago Hospitality Club on your card. Guest Verification As part of our vetting process, we may ask guests to confirm a few details — such as their names, ages, where they’re traveling from, or their travel plans — before accepting a booking. Note that, pricing varies on a daily basis, and it actually uses some crazy algorithm to adjust it automatically, so I don't actually control this. 𝐐: 𝐀𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐝𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞? A: Very. Some guests say they're the best they've ever slept on! 𝐐: 𝐋𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞 𝐃𝐫𝐨𝐩-𝐨𝐟𝐟/𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐠𝐞 A: If you do not have flights that coincide with our check-in and checkout times, you may store your bags in the home for check-in starting at 1pm. For check-outs, you may keep your bags in the space until 12 noon.
